What we collect

• Lab quote and done-for-you forms: your name, email, and the product details you type in (for example company, product type and description, age grade, where it's made, number of SKUs, timeline and an optional store link).
• CPC checklist form: only your email address.
• CPC builder and test cost estimator: nothing. Both run entirely in your browser. What you type there is not sent to us unless you choose to use one of the email forms.
• Theme setting: if you switch light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

How form submissions reach us

Our forms are sent through FormSubmit, a third-party form service that forwards each submission to our inbox at [email protected]. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver it.

How we use it

• Only to answer your request: reply to you, scope tests and send lab quotes or a done-for-you proposal.
• To get quotes, we may share your product details with the CPSC-accepted labs we ask to quote. We share only what a lab needs to quote your product.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Hosting, analytics and fonts

This site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to serve and protect the site and may provide us with aggregate traffic statistics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep form emails only as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows. To see, correct or delete what we have about you, email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.

• General information, not legal advice. Guides, tools and estimates on this site are general information. Rules and marketplace policies change; check the official sources we link and get professional advice for your situation.
• We don't certify products. KidsTestingLabs doesn't test products and never issues or certifies Children's Product Certificates. The US importer or US manufacturer issues and signs the CPC and is responsible for it.
• No guarantees on results. We can't guarantee that a product will pass lab testing, how long a lab will take, or that Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop or any other marketplace will approve a listing or document.
• You're responsible for compliance. You remain responsible for your products' safety and for meeting every law and marketplace rule that applies to them.
• Estimates and quotes. Cost estimates are for budgeting only. Labs set their own prices, scope and turnaround; we send you a scoped lab quote to approve before any testing starts.
• Third parties. Labs and other sites we link to are independent. Sponsored lab listings are labeled.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, KidsTestingLabs isn't liable for losses that come from relying on information on this site.
